Scheduling & Refund Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited and will need to be resubmitted to rebook. 


All booked packages must be completed within 60 days. If not completed, remaining appointments will be cancelled. Please contact 


Please be mindful of your scheduled appointment time. If you are to be more than 10 minutes late, please give us a call at 903-491-7705, as your appointment may have to be rescheduled due to a conflict with the next scheduled appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited and will need to be resubmitted to rebook. If appointment can be rescheduled same day after missed scheduled time, FULL PAYMENT will have to be submitted as the deposit was forfeited. 


No call/No shows will forfeit their deposit fee & may be required to pay in full for their next appointment. If multiple sessions are paid in full & you are a no call/no show at one of the scheduled appointments, that session will count as one of your sessions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!! 


Any items purchased can only be returned or exchanged 2 days after receiving package through mail and 1 day if purchased in store. Item can not be stained or torn.  No undergarments and able to be exchanged or returned
